Shareholders of Instalexport agreed for the stock exchange plans.
“We will be listed in September or October. Much will depend on the situation on the stock exchange of course. We have been preparing the issue prospectus for some time already. Now, we will do it much faster”, Lukasz Zuk, Instalexport CEO said.
The company will issue 1-2m new shares. The value of the issue will amount to PLN 20-50m. Funds raised on the WSE will be spent to support its subsidiaries.
Instalexport has been talking about listing on the WSE since 1999. This is when its shares stared to be publicly traded but the shares never appeared on the stock market. In 2007, Instalexport had PLN 8.85m of net income and PLN 143m of sales. This year, it plans to generate PLN 15-20m of net income and PLN 200m of sales.
