Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – PKO BP decided to incorporate Inteligo, its Internet branch, into its structures. According to Inteligo’s president whose term ended yesterday, the decision means that Inteligo will be deprived of its independency and will be reduced to another distributing channel for PKO’s products.

PKO’s spokesman, Marek Kłuciński, claims that the incorporation will not change anything. ‘Inteligo is PKO’s dependant company and its development strategy will not be altered. Inteligo account will remain a distinctive product of PKO’s internet banking, added Kłuciński. Jacek Pomaradzki is a new Inteligo’s president.
