Interest rate disappointment

Yesterday the stock market was dominated by news of the interest rate setting monetary council (RPP). Speculators gambled on an interest rate cut thus pushing up the price of shares although they were to be disappointed. IT took a beating throughout Europe and Poland was no exception but it would seem that cash remained within the markets as investors sought other stock, principally that of profit making companies which can now be picked up very cheaply. This helped the stock market finish up on the day.
