Recently the price of stock in construction company Mostostal Plock rose by around thirty percent. This was due to statements by the association that represents small investors in the company trying to get greater control of the company. However it occured that the association exaggerated the amount of shares that it represents and the matter has been reported to the stock market commission KPWiG. The association has invited other small investors to join it in order to get the twenty percent of votes needed to oppose Mostostal Warszawa which dominates the company.
