More time to talk
It would appear that chemical company Ciech has been given more time to negotiate with the treasury over its bid to buy the Kedzierzyn plant in south west Poland. Whereas the treasury still has not made a decision about an extension, it seems to be no more than a formality. It would also seem that the ministry is going to be a bit less rigorous in its conditions and allow Ciech to sell parts of the plant it does not want to third parties.
