Pernod Ricard, owner of Wyborowa – formerly Polmos Poznań, is claiming that a bill currently going through parliament is illegal as it will hit its right to the ownership of two brands. The French investor goes as far as to say that if this becomes law then it should be sufficient for the EU to break off membership negotiations. The company paid EUR100m for Polmos Poznań.
