PGNiG has a chance get gas from Iran

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) and PGNiG, Polish listed gas monopoly, are about to sign a USD 2bn contract to explore gas and producer LNG from Lavan field, the “Tehran Times” said.

“Poland has applied with the offer to invest in Lavan. The capacity is estimated at 10bn cubic meters of gas. Our partners declared to invest in order to make it possible to export LNG to Poland”, Mahmoud Zirakchian Zadeh, IOOC director said.
