The listed company has 19 outlets in big cities today. It is going to launch new shops in smaller towns.
“Shopping malls are being built in towns with up to 100,000 inhabitants. This is a chance to reach new clients”, Dariusz Plesiak, Prima Moda CEO said.
In 2010, the company wants to have 80 outlets. The network should grow organically and thanks to acquisitions.
This year, Prima Moda finances its investments from the first share issue conducted late last year. After the Polish market is saturated, it is going to expand in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania and Romania. In 2007, the company had PLN 29.8m (EUR 8.3m) of sales and PLN 1.8m of net income. This year, the forecasts amount to PLN 36.4m of sales. AmerBrokers brokerage estimates the net income as of PLN 2.7m.
