Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Finnish Rautaruukki received an approval to acquire Metalplast-Oborniki Holding, Polish board producer. The Finnish company has already a 16.6 percent stake in Metalplast.
It will buy 50 percent of the Polish producer from funds, as well as shares owned by the Ministry of Treasury, the management and employees. Rautaruukki wants to finalise the transaction till the end of June.
