PKN Orlen has announced that it would be interested in acquiring Siarkopol Gdańsk when the latter is privatised. Also interested is chemical concern Ciech and sulphur miner Siarkopol Grzybów. Siarkopol Gdańsk is the only maritime exporter of sulphur in Poland.
