Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Having read “PB” Zygmunt Solorz-Zak decided to start talks with the Ministry of the Treasure concerning the future of PAK power group.
The parties are a long way from reaching a compromise but there is a hope that the power plant group will finally have an investor from the energy sector. And although Zygmunt Solorz-Zak says he doesn’t want to sell his energy assets, he adds quickly: I never say ‘never’. CEZ, RWE and Vattenfall are just several examples of the companies waiting for such a signal.
