Too small

Dariusz Rosati, a member of the monetary policy council, will be speaking at the forthcoming Central European Davos‚ meeting of local heads of state and business in which 27 countries will be represented in Krynica in southern Poland. However he considers the countries of the former USSR to be small economies with little of interest in the technological and capital sectors. The Russian economy, for example, is less than twice the size of Poland but smaller than that of Holland.
