In the past two years TPSA has more or less gained as many clients as it has lost. It has therefore decided to go onto the offensive with new IT systems to improve customer relations and at the same time is employing marketing staff to offer the services that the former monopoly has to offer. This service will presumably be offered at business clients only initially.
Perhaps it is only now that the company realises it is no longer a monopoly. It is true that competition on the market is weak.
