Pol-Mot Holding is expected to sign a contract giving it a majority stake in Lublin commercial vehicle manufacturer Daewoo Motor Polska next month. The agreement of only one creditor bank is now missing although it could be easier to buy the company once it is in the liquidation phase.
It is rumoured that Pol-Mot may have come to an agreement with the Italian van manufacturer Iveco to rescue DMP.
