Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Variant, company from Cracow that is going to be listed soon, bought Zakład Powlekania Tkanin Grawita in Trzebinia. In fact Variant acquired assests of Grawita after it had gone bancrupt.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Variant, company from Cracow that is going to be listed soon, bought Zakład Powlekania Tkanin Grawita in Trzebinia. In fact Variant acquired assests of Grawita after it had gone bancrupt.

Variant planned to go public and collect funds for investment in new logistic centrum. At the moment they decided not to build this but adapt the existing site. In this way Variant for PLN 1,75 million (EUR 0,42 million) has 3,5 ha of ground and 10 thousand square metres of production hall.

Thanks to it, Variant won't be forced to use loans and will be able to start new production earlier. According to Variant this transaction will enable company to improve financial results by PLN 1,5-2 million starting in 2006.
