The Warsaw stock market closed the week in a disappointing fashion with a fall of 1.4 percent on the WIG20 to take it to 1,313 points and a one percent fall on the WIG to take it to 14,890 points. Other markets noted modest gains during the day only to fall back shortly before the closing bell. The FTSE closed the day in a very similar position to where it started whilst the CAC40 gained 0.2 percent and the DAX lost 0.1 percent.
