Bio Planet, one of Poland’s biggest distributors of ecological food will look for funds on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Although its shareholders have not decided yet where the stock would be listed it will probably be New Connect as annual sales of the company amount to several million zloty.
“We need capital to develop our products and transport fleet”, Sylwester Struzyna, Bio Planet CEO said.
He did not reveal how much money the company wants to raise on the stock exchange.
Before its debut, Bio Planet wants to implement
several new products onto the market, including ecological beer imported from
Germany. Today, the company sells bio-cakes, bio-chocolate, bio-wine,
bio-mustard and bio-pastas.
