Elektrim bond holders have offered to exchange debt plus cash for a the holding’s stake in Elektrim Telekomunikacja. The value of the transaction would be EUR450m. Elektrim has a 49 percent stake in Elektrim Telekomunikacja which in turn has a 51 percent stake in Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, operator of the Era GSM cellular telephone network.
