A few months ago, Eureko announced that it would file a case against the Polish treasury in a Stockholm arbitration court for the latter’s alleged failure to respect an agreement over the privatisation of PZU. Today Eureko seems to have forgotten all about this and word has it that it is engaged in secret negotiations with the treasury.
