Eureko wants PZU employee shares
The cabinet has agreed to allow Eureko to buy a further 21 percent stake in Poland's leading insurer PZU in a closed offer for a reported PLN2.7bn. Eureko has also submitted an offer to buy employee shares and will discuss this with trade unions today or tomorrow.
