Treść raportu:

W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Nr 22/2016 z dnia 4 października 2016 roku oraz raportu Nr 23/2016 z dnia 11 października 2016 roku Zarząd Agory S.A. ("Spółka") z siedzibą w Warszawie informuje, że szacowana wysokość rezerwy związanej z restrukturyzacją zatrudnienia w Agorze S.A., wyniesie około 5,6 mln zł. Kwota ta w całości obciąży wynik Spółki i Grupy Agora w czwartym kwartale 2016 r.

Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (WE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (Dz. Urz. WE L 173 z 12.06.2014,)


	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

	Restructuring provisionIn reference to regulatory filing No. 22/2016 dated 4th of October, 2016 and regulatory filing No. 23/2016 dated 11th of October, 2016, the Management Board of Agora SA ("the Company") with its registered seat in Warsaw announces that the estimated amount of the provision related to the restructuring of employment in Agora SA, will amount to about PLN 5.6 million. This amount shall be charged to the Company and the Group’s financial result for the 4Q2016. Legal basis: Art. 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 596/2014 of 16th of April, 2014 on market abuse (the Regulation on Market Abuse), and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Acts. office L 173 dated 12th of June, 2014).
