CEREAL PLANET PLC: Changes of the Group structure

The Management Board of Cereal Planet PLC hereby informs, Cereal Planet PLC bought 100% share of Ukrainian production company, Olimp LLC. Previous owner of Olimp LLC was Ukrainian holding company, Cereal Ukraine LLC.
Cereal Ukraine will be merged with Olimp LLC during first half of 2018.

There were no significant changes in Group's activity because of that transfer.

Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 point no.9 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System -"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
