The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC (hereinafter the Company) informs that 31.01.2017, based on Art. 70 point 1 Act on Public Offering of Financial Instruments - purchase of the substantial portion of shares of Cereal Planet PLC, domiciled in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Company informs, that received from Vlasenko Oleksandr, who informed that:
1. Based on the agreement 31.01.2017 he purchased 101 334 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-four) Cereal Planet PLC shares with nominal value 0,03 EUR (three euro cent) each share which gives right to vote 101 334 (one hundred and one thousand three hundred thirty-four) votes, at the price of 2,81 EUR, what constitute 5,69 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
2. Before purchase he owned 347 999 (three hundred and forty-seven thousand nine hundred ninety-nine) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 19,55 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 347 999 (three hundred and forty-seven thousand nine hundred ninety-nine) votes, represented 19,55 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
3. After purchase he owned 449 333(four hundred and forty-nine thousand three hundred thirty-three) Cereal Planet PLC shares, represented 25,24 % in the share capital of Cereal Planet PLC, what gives the right to 449 333 (four hundred and forty-nine thousand three hundred thirty-three) votes, represented 25,24 % votes on the Cereal Planet PLC Shareholders meeting.
