| Zarząd Cl Games S.E. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") podaje do publicznej wiadomości wyniki sprzedaży gry Lords of the Fallen, której globalna premiera miała miejsce 13 października 2023 roku. Zarząd Spółki informuje, że na dzień przekazania niniejszego raportu bieżącego, tj. na dzień 23 października 2023 r., sprzedaż gry Lords of the Fallen przekroczyła 1 mln egzemplarzy. Jutro (wtorek, 24 października 2023 r.) Spółka opublikuje raport bieżący zawierający dodatkowe informacje na temat premiery gry Lords of the Fallen, a także zorganizuje o godz. 10:00 webinarium z udziałem Marka Tymińskiego, prezesa zarządu Spółki oraz Davida Brodericka, wiceprezesa zarządu. | Current report number: 36/2023 Date: 23 October 2023 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – inside information Subject: Sales results of “Lords of the Fallen” The Management Board of Cl Games S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) announces publicly sales results of Lords of the Fallen game, whose global release took place on 13th October 2023. The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that as of the date of this current report, i.e. on 23 October 2023, sales of Lords of the Fallen have exceeded 1 mln copies. Tomorrow (Tuesday,24th October 2023) the Company will issue a current report providing additional detail on the launch of Lords of the Fallen as well as hosting a webinar at 10 a.m. with Marek Tyminski, the company's CEO, and David Broderick, Vice Chairman of the Board. The above information was treated as confidential due to its significance for the Company’s financial situation.
