| Zarząd Echo Investment S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, że Emitent w dniu dzisiejszym emituje kuponowe obligacje zwykłe na okaziciela na łączną kwotę 100.000.000 PLN. Wartość nominalna oraz cena emisyjna jednej obligacji wynosi 10.000 PLN. Obligacje zostaną wyemitowane na okres kończący się w dniu 5 sierpnia 2024 roku. Oprocentowanie obligacji ustalone zostało w oparciu o zmienną stawkę WIBOR 6M powiększoną o marżę. Odsetki wypłacone będą w okresach półrocznych. Wykup obligacji w dniu wykupu nastąpi po wartości nominalnej obligacji. Wyemitowane obligacje nie są zabezpieczone. Obligacje będą podlegały wprowadzeniu do obrotu w alternatywnym systemie obrotu prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. |

| Issuance of series 1P/2020 bonds The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby reports that today the Issuer issues ordinary bearer coupon bonds in the total amount of PLN 100,000,000. The nominal value and the issue price of one bond is PLN 10,000. The bonds will be issued for a period ending on 5 August 2024. The interest rate on the bonds was determined based on the variable WIBOR 6M rate plus profit margin. Interest earnings will be disbursed in 6-month intervals. The bonds will be redeemed on the redemption date at their nominal value. The issued bonds are not secured. The bonds will be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organised by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.). |
