Treść raportu:

Zarząd ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. informuje, że w dniu 14 lipca 2017 roku agencja ratingowa Moody’s Investors Service („Moody’s”) w ramach co półrocznego przeglądu, podtrzymała ratingi dla ING Banku Śląskiego S.A.:

1. Długookresowy rating depozytów: „A3”,
2. Perspektywa wyżej wymienionego ratingu: „Stabilna”,
3. Krótkookresowy rating depozytów: „P-2”,
4. Ocena indywidualna (Baseline Credit Assessment – BCA): baa3,
5. Skorygowana ocena indywidualna (Adjusted Baseline Credit Assessment – Adjusted BCA): baa2,
6. Ocena ryzyka kontrahenta (Counterparty Risk Assessment – CR Assessment) długoterminowa/krótkoterminowa: A2/P-1.

Agencja w swoim komunikacie podkreśliła, że rating banku odzwierciedla dobre wyniki finansowe, w tym lepsza niż średnia w sektorze jakość aktywów oraz samofinansujący profil działalności.

Rating agencji Moody’s dla ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. nie jest ratingiem na zlecenie i jest nadawany na podstawie publicznie dostępnych informacji.

Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 roku (Rozporządzenie MAR).

	2017-07-17 Report no. 25/2017: Ratings affirmed by Moody’s. The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that following a semi-annual review Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s) upheld, on 14 July 2017, the ratings for ING Bank Śląski S.A.: 1. Long Term Deposit: “A3”,2. Outlook: “Stable”,3. Short Term Deposit: “P-2”,4. Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA): baa3,5. Adjusted Baseline Credit Assessment (Adjusted BCA): baa2,6. Long Term/ Short Term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment): A2/P-1. The Agency emphasised in its announcement that the Bank’s rating reflected the Bank’s good financial performance, with better than average asset quality, as well as a self-funded profile. Moody’s rating for ING Bank Śląski S.A. has not been commissioned and is assigned pursuant to publicly available data. Legal grounds: Article 17 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
