(„Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 30 stycznia 2025 roku Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie KRUK S.A. powołało z tym samym dniem do pełnienia funkcji członkini Rady Nadzorczej KRUK S.A., Panią Dominikę Bettman. Poniżej Emitent prezentuje życiorys zawodowy Pani Dominiki Bettman. Dominika Bettman, menadżerka z 30 letnim doświadczeniem, liderka cyfrowych technologii Kobieta biznesu, zarządza organizacjami, dużymi projektami infrastrukturalnymi, wdraża nowe technologie, zarządza zmianą. Orędowniczka transformacji cyfrowej i zrównoważonego, odpowiedzialnego biznesu. Mentorka członków zarządów. Autorka książek „Technologiczne magnolie” i „Technologiczne magnolie 2.0”. (the “Company”) announces that on January 30th 2025 the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting appointed, effective the same date, Ms. Dominika Bettman to serve on the Company’s Supervisory Board. Below is presented the biographical note of Ms. Dominika Bettman. Dominika Bettman, manager with 30 years of experience, digital technology leader. A seasoned business professional, she has managed organisations, overseen large-scale infrastructure projects, implemented new technologies, and led change management initiatives. An advocate for digital transformation and sustainable, responsible business practices, she also serves as a mentor to board members. She is the author of the books “Technologiczne Magnolie” and “Technologiczne Magnolie 2.0.”. A strong proponent of diversity and inclusive leadership, Ms Bettman is actively engaged in initiatives that support the professional development of women, particularly in STEM fields. She will serve as General Manager of Microsoft Poland until the end of February 2025. Previously, she was the long-standing CEO and CFO at Siemens Sp. z o.o. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska, President of the Council of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a member of the programme boards for the European Economic Congress (EEC), the Open Eyes Economy Summit (OEES), and the European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and she completed the IESE Advanced Management Program in Barcelona. The Company further announces that Dominika Bettman is not engaged in any business activities competing with the Company’s business, nor as a partner in any partnership under civil law or other type of partnership competing with the Company’s business, or member of the governing body of any company or other legal entity competing with the Company’s business, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of August 20th 1997.
