| The management board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that it participated in Raygen Resources Pty Ltd. (‘RayGen’) capital increase, with an equity investment of AUD 3 million, maintaining a 9% stake in the technology company. The Group entered a strategic partnership, where Photon Energy acts as a project developer and EPC contractor in the projects supplied by RayGen, and announced its initial investment in the Melbourne-based company in April 2020. RayGen technology tackles the problem of intermittency of solar energy as it combines high efficiency concentrated PV generation with thermal absorption and storage, providing for the highest energy density of any solar technology available today. | |||||||||||
