PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Publication date of the annual report 2018.

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that the annual report for the period from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2018, including the audited consolidated and standalone financial
statements prepared in accordance with International Financial and Reporting Standards as well as the auditor's opinion, will be published on 15 April 2019.

Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14 point no.1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
