Zarząd Prokom Software S.A. informuje, że:

W dniu 25 kwietnia 2006 roku Prokom Software S.A. zawarł z Bankiem BPH S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie, aneks do umowy kredytowej z dnia 19 maja 2003 roku. Na mocy zawartego aneksu termin spłaty linii kredytowej o max. wartości 200 mln PLN został ustalony na dzień 18 maja 2009 roku. Pierwotny termin spłaty tego kredytu, określony był na dzień 18 maja 2006 roku. O zaciągnięciu kredytu Spółka informowała w komunikacie RB/12/2003 z dnia 20 maja 2003 roku.

Wartość ww. umowy przekracza 10% kapitałów własnych Prokom Software S.A., co stanowi podstawę uznania jej za umowę znaczącą.

	ANNEX TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENTS WITH BANK BPH SA The Management Board of Prokom Software S.A. informs, that: On April 25th 2006 Prokom Software SA and Bank BPH SA, seated in Cracow, concluded an annex to the credit agreement dated on May 19th 2003. By virtue of this annex the maturity date of the credit line of PLN 200m expires on May 18th 2009. The original maturity of this loan was set on May 18th 2006. The Company informed about this loan in the communiqué RB/12/2003, dated on May 20th 2003. As the value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity, the signed agreement should be assessed as significant.
