| Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 10, Boulevard de la Foire, L-1528 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the “Company"), hereby informs the following: As Sadovaya Group S.A. could not perform its financial liabilities to Interaudit SARL, the whole debt was transferred to NV Atradius Credit Insurance, the collector service. Judicial proceedings were opened. As of 28 January 2015 Sadovaya Group received the notification concerning the possibility of transfer of the judicial proceedings to the Bankruptcy court. The Company makes every effort to resolve this matter. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
