Rada Nadzorcza Spółki Stalexport S.A. na posiedzeniu w dniu 21 października 2006r. – biorąc pod uwagę aktualną sytuację osobistą pana Emila Wąsacza - postanowiła zawiesić pana Emila Wąsacza w obowiązkach Prezesa Zarządu Stalexport S.A. na okres od dnia 1 listopada 2006r. do dnia 31 gurdnia 2006r. W tym czasie pan Emil Wąsacz nadal będzie pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Generalnego Spółki.

Jednocześnie Rada Nadzorcza powierzyła panu Mieczysławowi Skołożyńskiemu, Wiceprezesowi Zarządu Spółki, pełnienie obowiązku (p.o.) Prezesa Zarządu na okres od dnia 1 listopada 2006 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2006r.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Supervisory Board of the company Stalexport S.A. at the meeting on October 21st, 2006 – taking into account the current personal situation of Mr Emil Wąsacz – decided to suspend Mr. Emil Wąsacz in duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. for the period from November 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2006. During this period Mr Emil Wąsacz will still perform the function of the General Director of the Company. Simultaneously the Supervisory Board has put Mr Mieczysław Skołożyński, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, in charge of performing the duty of the Chairman of the Management Board (interim) for the period from November 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2006.
