Zarząd Stalexport S.A. informuje, że dnia 7 czerwca 2006 r. do Spółki wpłynęła podpisana Umowa Leasingowa pomiędzy STALEXPORT S.A. a PEKAO LEASING Spółka z o.o. w Warszawie.

Przedmiotem leasingu jest linia do produkcji zbrojeń dla budownictwa.

Cena netto leasingowanej linii wynosi 1.524.120 zł.

Zgodnie z umową spłata nastąpi w 48 ratach miesięcznych.

Kryterium uznania umów za znaczące jest wartość przedmiotu umów przekraczająca 10 % wartości kapitałów własnych emitenta.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 7th June 2006 the Company received the Leasing agreement concluded between STALEXPORT S.A. and PEKAO LEASING Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw. The line for production of reinforcement production for building industry is the subject of the leasing agreement. Net price of the leasing line amounts to 1,524,120 zloty. According to the agreement it will be repaid in 48 monthly instalments. The criterion of recognising the agreements as the significant ones is the value of these agreements subject, which exceeds 10 % of the shareholders’ equity of the issuer.
