| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 6/2021 z dnia 27 stycznia 2021 r., Zarząd PCF Group S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego oraz jednostkowego raportu rocznego za 2020 r. Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. oraz PCF Group S.A. za 2020 r. zostanie opublikowany 26 kwietnia 2021 r. Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższych raportów, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 6/2021 z dnia 27 stycznia 2021 r. został określony na 29 kwietnia 2021 r. |

| With reference to the current report no. 6/2021 dated 27 January 2021, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of the consolidated and standalone annual reports for the year 2020. The consolidated and standalone annual reports of, respectively, the Capital Group of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the year 2020 will be published on 26 April 2021. This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above reports, which in the current report no. 6/2021 dated 27 January 2021 was set for 29 April 2021. |
