Grupa Lew, a company from MCI portfolio, promises to develop its network. It will also go abroad – to Ukraine.
“The Ukrainian market is very promising. It consists of 50m mobiles, including 93 percent of pre-paids”, Andrzej Basiak, Grupa Lew CEO and main shareholder commented.
For the time being, the company will finance its development thanks to funds from MCI. The fund acquired newly issued shares and increased its stake to 29.63 percent. Next year, Grupa Lew plans a debut. It may find a strategic invest.
Last year, Grupa Lew had PLN 190m (EUR 58.9m) of sales. This year, it plans to increase them to PLN 280m. The company’s EBITDA amounted to PLN 2.2m. This year, it should grow to PLN 3.9m.
