Hamburg-Mannheimer out
The Austrian Wiener Städtische together with the German HUK-Coburg has bought from Hamburg-Mannheimer its shares in the Polish insurance companies Compensa and Compensa — Życie. H-M had a 89.5 percent stake in the former property insurance company and a 100 percent stake in the life assurance firm.
