The American investment fund Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst has made an offer in excess of USD120m for cable TV operator Aster City which is currently owned by Elektrim Telekomunikacja. This is the highest offer made for the company. The Americans are also hoping to buy the cable assets of Deutsche Telekom.
