A sale of bathroom fittings firm Krakowska Fabryka Armatury (KFA) has been put off owing to the difficulty of a sale being made by insurance firm PZU Zycie which has a ninety percent stake in the firm. Funds from PZU Życie made a major difference in the development of the firm but talks with potential buyers from Spain, Turkey and the USA failed. KFA is hoping to invest a further PLN15m this year with the funds coming either from the sale of surplus real estate or credits from either a bank or a pro-ecological fund.
