Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The bank had decided to pay out a dividend. 25 percent of last year’s income will be spent for this purpose.

ING BSK managed by Brunon Bartkiewicz has agreed to its shareholders’ postulates. It said yesterday that it was going to pay out PLN 152.2m (EUR 43.9m) of dividend, or one fourth of last year’s net income of PLN 610m. This is PLN 11.7 per share. Before, the bank would say that no dividend would be paid out.

Investors did not like it. In addition, they were shocked with the fact that Dutch ING, the bank’s main shareholder, had received PLN 55.6m for advising.
