Interest in Daewoo insurance
Financial consortium PKF for many months has been talking to the Daewoo insurance company about acquiring the company. On Friday its exclusive negotiating period deadline passed. The insurance company this time is not worried as it says it now has a foreign buyer interested in buying the firm.
