Mitex may have investor
Yesterday shares in construction company Mitex increased by more than 8.6 percent to PLN11.30. It was reported in Puls Biznesu on Tuesday that Michał Sołowow who has a 42 percent stake in the company may be talking to the French Bouygues.
It could well be that the shares increased on this news alone. The French have been linked to Mitex since May just after the moment when Michał Sołowow suggested the merger of Mitex and Echo Investments. It was then suggested that Bouygues might make a move after consolidation.
