The Polsat media concern has announced its interest in the Polish assets of Vivendi Universal. Negotiations have already taken place on not only the Cyfra + TV platform but also the purchase of a 51 percent stake in Elektrim Telekomunikacja and an agreement with the new owner of cable TV operator Aster City.
