MTC Plus plans shopping mall and airline

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – MTC Plus, a group, which produces boards, operates a hotel and local TV station, has further plans. A special company is going to be founded whose shareholders will include: the local sports club Jagiellonia Sportowa, its shareholders and a branch investor.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – MTC Plus, a group, which produces boards, operates a hotel and local TV station, has further plans. A special company is going to be founded whose shareholders will include: the local sports club Jagiellonia Sportowa, its shareholders and a branch investor. Wojciech Strzalkowski, the owner of 55 percent of MTC Plus, the owner of Jagiellonia is responsible for the project.

The investment will be worth EUR 50-100m, Wojciech Strzalkowski said.

The shopping mall in Bialystok, eastern Poland, will be ready in 2007.

We will finance the project with a credit in 85 percent, the rest will be our own funds, Wojciech Strzalkowski explained.  

His board company is also going to double capacity. The project will be worth PLN 50m. MTC Plus is also going to engage in airline market. It has founded Heli Plus Jet, a company which in future will offer passenger flights.

Within 3-5 years, in north-eastern Poland, there will be market for such services, Wojchiech Strzalkowski believes.
