Bank Społem (BS) needs to come to a deal with an investor before the end of next month. The bank has been talking to two investment funds about taking a minority stake in it. The matter is now urgent as the bank needs an extra USD5m — USD10m. Current shareholders turned down the chance of putting more money into BS.
