OLPP liquid fuel operator cooperates with PKN Orlen

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – OLPP, the logistic operator of liquid fuel, wants to build pipelines with PKN Orlen and plans bigger investment projects.OLPP, the logistic operator of fuel, was registered today. The new company based on the assets of Naftobazy and pipelines divided from PERN Przyjazn, the company exploiting oil pipelines, was found to build a system of fuel transfer.

The new company based on the assets of Naftobazy and pipelines divided from PERN Przyjazn, the company exploiting oil pipelines, was found to build a system of fuel transfer. This in turn should lower fuel prices and increase the energy security.“We have recently offered PKN Orlen to sign a letter of intent to build two fuel pipelines – in the direction of Wroclaw and our base in Kawice and from Boronowo to Trzebinia refinery and our base in Strzemieszyce”, Arkadiusz Siwko, OLPP CEO said.In 2007, the company plans to increase its investment. This year it should amount to PLN 100m (EUR 25.1m). Then, it may be PLN 300m, “Puls Biznesu” sources say. OLPP is also going to fasten the construction of fuel storages.(PLN 1 = EUR 0.251)
