Operators not paying for concession

Today the three largest independent telephone operators Netia, Telefonia Lokalna and El-Net will jointly say that they do not want to pay the next instalment on their long distance licence fee due to the forthcoming liberalisation of the market. This will cost the state EUR400m. Furthermore the companies are likely also to demand a refund of money already paid.
