Pol-Mot Worfama, part of Pol-Mot Holding group, producer of agricultural machines, hopes to be listed in July. It will be the only such company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
“We want to raise several dozens million zloty. The news that we plan listing were enough to make talks with foreign partners easier”, Grzegorz Bartosik, Pol-Mot Warfama CEO said.
Yesterday, the company told about its plans which should increase the value of the company and encourage investors. Warfama has launched production of machines to produce ecologic straw bricks. It hopes to sell it to big farms and agricultural companies. Invest-Mot, another company from the holding, would sell them in power plants.
Pol-Mot holding wants to list the company selling cars.
“We want to consolidate outlets selling Skoda cars till the end of the year. A strong group of dealers would be founded. Within two-three years, we could list it” Andrzej Zarajczyk, Pol-Mot CEO said.
