Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The government should approve of the bill in two weeks, Przemyslaw Gosiewski, deputy PM said.

The government continues working over “Kluska package” of reforms which should make the life of entrepreneurs easier.

“The job is nearly done. In two weeks, the government will approve of the package and convey it to the parliament”, Przemyslaw Gosiewski said.

In the first part of the package, the economic freedom law and the tax identification number (NIP) laws are amended. Binding interpretation from social insurance authorities are a novelty – they were missing in the bill presented by PM Jaroslaw Kaczynski on March 19th.

The provision including non-commercial partnerships as entrepreneurs has disappeared from the bill.

“We gave up this idea”, Michal Krupinski, deputy Minister of the Treasure who monitors the bill said.

Lawyers were very worried with this idea as non-commercial partnerships do not have stock or other capital and it would be extremely difficult to make it pay its debts.

The “Kluska package” provides also for one-step-shop at tax offices when founding a company, registration lasting up to three days, limiting controls to two weeks in the smallest companies. The government promises more.

“We would like to present in fall the second part of the package, limiting concessions and permissions”, Michal Krupinski said.
