Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Prokom Software, Polish listed IT company, has said it would buy 555,000 shares of its Warsaw smaller rival Comp in the public offer starting on December 29th. Prokom will pay PLN 37.5 (EUR 9.2) a share. Thanks to the agreement, Prokom will be Comp’s main shareholder. In Prokom’s group, Comp will focus on system development and IT systems security.
