State owned television is reducing its advertising prices in order to compete with the private sector despite being subsidised by licence payers. Whereas Zygmund Solorz, the owner of Polsat, is unhappy about this, he is not holding back with investments, which include a stake in Elektrim Telekomunikacja and persuading Vivendi to do a deal on digital platforms.
